The place was really nice! The only thing is the rooms are extremely hot due to the air condition system they had! Tried calling someone to fix it but no one answered. Other than the rooms being like a sauna, the overall place is really nice and close to the strip which was really nice!

Private beach down from main beach is awesome!

should have water dispenser with filtered water and an ice machine. overall good place for a nice vacation. Joshua was helpful, great customer service.

There was a water back-up in the room that we stayed in. Good thing we only had to stay there for one night.

The resort was nice. Check-in was quick. We stayed in longhouse, which has individual access to your door/room with front patio and back patio. Back patio has a picnic table. Front has a couple of patio chairs. There is s large bar fridge and walka-in closet area as well as dresser drawers. There is an indoor pool which was nice. Also, private access to beach about 2 block walk from the gates, accessible only by hotel card. Walk to main part of Grand Bend beach was about 15 minutes. We would definately come back.

Booked a 2 night stay. First room that was assigned to us appeared to have been occupied and still had beds and sheets undone, as well as have toothbrushes and toiletries, etc in the bathroom. Not cool. Called the front desk and they had us move all of our stuff to a different "upgraded" room in a different building altogether. 2nd room was somewhat better, but had a very dusty and dirty floor that has not been cleaned or vaccumed in a very long time. I did not see much of an upgrade. For the price we paid, we could have had a much nicer place to stay. The resort was great. Enjoyed the semi private beach. Golf was decent for 9 holes. Had dinner at Dave's Pub which was on site. Had live music. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room in the Longhouse. Carpet were terrible.

Great amenities. Swimming pool was clean and accessible. Beach was quiet and clean. Sandy and great for young kids. The golf course was well maintained and not overly busy. Easy to book a tee time. Daves pub food was excellent and the server was amazing. Overall fantastic stay. Wish we had booked for a couple extra days

This property was beautiful on the outside but not clean at all on the inside. Doors barely locked. Employees in your business. Do not recommend.

This is a nice resort for families but it was not entirely accessible for my guests with mobility issues. The private beach is accessible only by walking through a gate and 2 blocks of an adjacent private neighborhood so we were not able to use it since my guests could not walk that far. The host originally placed us in a 3rd floor room that had no elevator access but they did find another room with walking access. The hallways are not air conditioned so walking the long hallways in the summer is uncomfortable. The bathrooms could use updating and there are no microwave in the room. The pub had a nice lunch but does not have a clear handicap access as it is right next to the pro shop so there are golf carts lined up on either side on the driveway leading to the pub. There is an excellent full size indoor pool and the setting around a 9 hole hole course is beautiful. We made our stay work but I would be very clear about what kind of room and accessibility is needed as this historic location has limitations.

No towels at the Pool this morning, didnt realize they werent stocked before getting into pool... got out after a swim to find out there zero towels on the shelves. There should always be towels available at the pool for guests at the resort.
