I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I went to have a dinner and when it came to an end the waitress came and said that there was no proof that the taxi was ordered in the airport. I was shocked of this accusation calling me a liar. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling experience in a five star hotels. Horrible customer service, never again.

The Skopje Marriott is a beautiful, extremely well located hotel. It's on the central town square of the city, within easy walking distance of most everything that you want to see, including many great restaurants. There's also a delicious restaurant inside the hotel. Highly recommended.

There were cockroaches in our room. There was a dirty towel left in the room. There was a liquid gel pill left on the floor of our room. Their was hair in the food we ordered from room service. The hotel manager did nothing to remedy any of the problems except for a hollow apology. Very disappointed!

We had a great stay at the Skopje Marriott Hotel. The hotel had a fantastic location right on the square in the city center, within walking distance to most attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection, and the service at the hotel was friendly and pleasant. The hotel organized excursions for us to Pristina and Sofia with a car and driver who spoke good English. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. We can truly recommend this hotel.

Nice property and friendly staff. Easy to park underneath the hotel. Breakfast at €17 is a bit steep, four of us ate for €20 at a nearby restaurant.
