Way better than expected. Especially for the price. We came up for 1 night to go to Octoberfest. Our room had a 2 rooms one was the bedroom the other a seperate kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 fireplaces! Everything was out dated but it was kept in great condition and was very cozy. We would stay here again if we came up to go snowboarding.

Our stay at Snow Lake Lodge exceeded our expectations, especially after camping for 2 nights at a nearby campsite. For our first time visiting the area, we were not sure what to expect. For our family of 6, we reserved 2 king rooms. They were spacious, clean, and exceptionally accommodating. The location though not within walking distance to the Village was still superb. We visited during a hotter than normal time of year so keep in mind there is no AC. However, we spent our days at the lake or riding the chairlift at the nearby ski resort. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We like 2 bathrooms in the king suite unit. Love the full size kitchen. But there is no AC in the room and we visited the hottest weekend. It was very noisy with the windows open when sleeping. Ceiling fans did not help much. Without AC, we would not go back in the summer time.

We also love having a pool table in the office especially since covid restrictions still is restricting the pool and spa from being open.

They’ve not cleaned the room well.
In the blanket there has a tiny animal then I finally took the blanket out of bed and throw to the basket and the woods all dusty!

Although we stayed for two nights, the lodge would only give us one prepackaged coffee; we had to pay for a second packet of coffee for the next day. They should at least provide guests with coffee packets ( free of charge ) for the amount of nights they are staying. When we requested an additional one the next day we were told we only get one as a welcome and that we could purchase one from them or bring our own. We had no knowledge of this before arriving & frankly, this is the first time I have had this experience anywhere.
Overall, It is a clean facility & well maintained.

They called everyday to see if we needed anything...exchange of used towels, toiletries, trash taken out, etc. due to COVID, they had set up a system of placing a hamper outside the door for this exchange as they weren’t allowed inside the room. The microwave door was not closing well and you had to slam it hard to get it to work. We noticed this issue a few minutes after checking in. The office was closed by then. We asked for compensation and they refused to offer us any for the inconvenience.

Everything was great except for the wifi and hot water situation. Wifi went in and out of service and it takes about 10 minutes for the water to get hot on the 3rd floor, no joke.
