Our stay was good. We stayed 2 nights before our trip to Antarctica. When we came back from Antarctica they let us store our luggage until we had to go to the airport in the afternoon. The staff was great. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I found the hotel is very clean and neat, it might be little small for some people, but I found this ok. People say that it’s old decorations with woods. But they actually kept the decorations clean and tidy. There was a water dispenser at the Ground floor lift, which is so convenient to everyone.

Very helpful desk clerk. We had a problem with a pre-arranged tour that cancelled with no notification. He arranged another tour for us. Also very helpful with restaurant suggestions, locations of supermarkets, etc.
