Called to confirm late check in and double queen room availability (what i booked months in advance). The employee noted it in the system and said see you in 6 hours. 1 hour before arrival a different employee called and asked if we were still coming. Obviously my answer was yes and the employee proceeded to tell me there were no double queens left. With no other choice at midnight on a Tuesday I agreed to a King room with cot. Arrived at the hotel and front desk staff was ignorant. We got to the room to find no cot and no sheets for the pullout couch. 20 minutes later the front desk staff called saying he forgot to give us sheets and would bring them up. The stains on the pullout couch forced two grown men to sleep in the king bed together after a 12 hour drive. Zero hospitality at this establishment. Even the entire line of sodas on the wall in the lobby was expired. We love holiday inn (usually express) but this was a terrible experience.

Nick the general manager was very rude actually threatened to cancel our stay had my wife in tears. All the other staff was great and Apologized for his actions he even argued with me on the cost of my stay and deposits got charged multiple times currently disputing woth my card company.

My husband and I were in town for a concert at Bells Eccentric. It was a short drive away, hotel is in a good location. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was never cleaned the entire stay other peoples belongings left the bathroom.dirty shower curtain and hair in the shower...my son was going up to the room and when the elevator door opened two people were having sex in the elevator.

The Pool room and water was very dirty all weekend, never cleaned, no towels, and my son got a rash from the water i do believe. About 30 teenagers swimming one night and the chaperones were drunk and letting them be unruly. No one said a word.
The breakfast cost 12$ and it was worse than a free breakfast anywhere ive ever been. Service employees were rude and grumpy
