This was my first time staying in a B & B. Accommodations were perfect, management answered all my questions promptly, and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return!

The self check in process was really easy and the room was great, including the private balcony I could enjoy. The parking is extremely tight and the spaces are limited. There are surrounding spaces for neighboring businesses but I was nervous to park there in case my car got towed. Detailed parking direction should have been provided with check in information.

Lovely b&b. The reason for the 4 stars is because the bathroom was tiny, and the key was a little difficult to work. I also found the bed a little uncomfortable but I have back issues so it may have just been a bad back night for me in general. The whole place was clean and charming! Breakfast was delicious and I would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay overnight, the morning staff at breakfast are very nice and friendly . The breakfast and coffee were very good . The only issue we had was the parking .. we had an early checkin at 2pm and all The limited spots were taken.. So we had to park down the road on Union Ave, which was fine, just a short walk.. there is supposed to be a spot for each room though..but other than parking we had a very nice stay and met some very nice people at breakfast .

This property is impeccably clean and spotless ! Contactless check in but there are people to help and answer questions if needed. It’s an old building w old building issues: creaky floors, hot water in our shower was only warm at best, window AC units in each room. But the charm and ambiance makes up for it. The price is excellent. There is also coffee 24/7, extra towels and water as needed. Very friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast - even offered avacado toast. I would return here on my next visit to Saratoga.

My daughter was able to get ready for a prom that she was attending at the Hall of Springs and it was easy and hassle free to get there. The race track is right there too. We would stay there again if in the area. Definitely better than a hotel!

Adorable bed and breakfast in a great location. An old squeaky house but did feel clean. Bathrooms are nothing to write home about and the furniture is pretty basic. The manager (Matt) is very friendly and helpful although he works at both properties so you won’t see him much. Breakfast was fantastic and overall happy with our stay.

Beautiful B&B centrally located to Racetrack and town. Daniel, our host, was outstanding. Will definitely be staying there again.

Sarasota is unbelievable; it's beautiful. The properties in the area are stunning. our bed and breakfast was the best experience that we could have had. the shops were unique and fun to explore. we were there after Christmas, so the race track was closed, but we drove around the lakes and did some hiking. We had a fantastic time. our room was spacious; the breakfast was very good. our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
