They have a pond like area not maintained.
Electrical panel main box was exposed, no covers. I stayed in cottage 42. Lights need upgrade to more brightness inside home. Need trimming of leaves at entrance.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, including a/c. The property itself is very lush and beautiful. It is very walkable. You can take a short walk to La Fortuna where you can find any type of food you desire. I loved the area and my stay at Arenal Montechiari.

The bad......The lights were dim, she shower fluctuated a lot without moving the setting. Pillows and beds were worn out, not enough pool chairs, no place to set toiletries or clothes.
The good......people cleaning everywhere, pool was clean, sheets were clean, conveniently located, good breakfast, a/c worked well.

Super comfortable and charming place to stay. Beautiful gardens with many birds in the morning. Lovely breakfast. Great place to stay!

We were assigned a cabin right next to the heavily trafficked area so got noisy at times. There were empty cabins away from the reception area but not sure why we were not given those. Hotel is in a great location. Close to town for easy walking but far enough to not hear town noise. Staff are great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No wifi in cabins. Breakfast was good.
