The room was nice and clean. Large for a japanese hotel room. A little bit of a walk from the closest station but very close to most of downtown Kobe. Staff were friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Would consider staying again. Fair price for what you get.

Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!

Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but the street is off from the busy area where all entertainment and shopping areas are located. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious for the Japanese standard. It is not the five star one but much better than most of reasonable hotels. Most of essential items are in the room already.

The staff at check-in asked to see and copy my residence card, even though I live in Japan. They seemed surprised when I informed them that they do not have the right to make such a request to residents. After talking to their supervisor, they confirmed that it was not necessary, as long as a Japanese address was provided, but they didn't even apologize for their wrongful behavior.
Otherwise my stay was fine. The hotel is conveniently located and the room was clean and not too crammed.

The room with 3 single beds is very unique and convenient for a group of 3 people. It's a comfortable size room with enough space to open 2 luggage on the floor. Coffee is available at the lobby for guests free of charge. Will definitely stay there again!
