This place was adorable, the decorations very nice and unique, service was great, plumbing works very well! Only problem was my room had 1 window in restroom so no real ventilation but will still give 5 stars and they offer fans.

The hotel is obviously beautiful, but it was the staff that made our weeklong stay so awesome. The whole team was helpful and responsive, and it was a joy to come down to breakfast every morning!!!

Casa Santa Lucia is an attractive, well-run and well-kept hotel in a good location for experiencing San Cristobal de las Casas. The staff is unusually attentive, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offerings are delicious and varied. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the colorful, authentic, Mexican art and decor. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Lovely spot, beautiful decor. Very quiet and comfortable with very helpful staff. The breakfast area and the room interior are dazzling with local color and flair.

What a peaceful place to relax and enjoy vacation. The location was ideal, just blocks to the market, restaurants and shops in the central colonial district. The staff was courteous and friendly, though limited in English. The rooms were unique and beautifully decorated and the breakfast was made to order. We would love to stay here again.

The decorations are so pretty, that I went shopping at a local market to find similar decor. The food was so tasty. Frank was superb helping us at all times. It is in a great location. We hope to visit San Cristobal again, and stay at Santa Lucia. Do yourself a favor and book here.

Santa Lucía is the best place you can stay in San Cristobal de las Casas. We stayed 4 nights and it felt we could stay more without getting tired of it. It felt like a real home. We got the suit, which had a separate office with tv, chimney, desk and couch. Also, a great amount of books on history, arts, nature, and politics of Chiapas, and Mexico. The manager Freddy has every detail taken care of. The food served in the central courtyard and prepared by a single lady is delicious and feels homemade. Every request is met beyond expectations. If you want a small hotel with real attention to detail and the feeling you really are in Mexico, this is it. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, fabulous customer service. Restaurants and walking streets only a few minutes walk. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back. Francisco, thankyou for making our stay so fantastic.
