Front staff was fantastic and addressed my concerns quickly…. BUT, the cleaning needs better training or an attentive manager. Our room on the service looked great but as we settled in there were black hairs all over the bathroom floor, the counters tops, nightstands and lounge chairs and various dried spills the we had to wipe down. I addressed with the front staff and management they sent room service right up but they did a half ass job cleaning the suite properly. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Everything else was great.

The shower was a little odd cause there's no door to stop the water from spraying out but EVERYTHING else was perfect even cheaper then most on certain days 😊
