The host was very friendly and available to meet me when we arrived. Apartment was clean, bed comfortable, host left coffee and water, it is located very close to restaurants and the port. This apartment is great for a short stay.

The apartment was charming with plenty of room. Well furnished with a table and chairs and occasional furniture making it homey and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who made check in easy and made us feel welcome.

Great location, easy access and good communication. Apartment was very small, smallest double bed we have ever slept in (basically a big single pushed against the wall). Fine for a night or two.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful with any info. we needed, room & bd was comfortable. Zero for cleanliness, room had not been cleaned although we ck-in at 2PM, not even the trash in the bathroom had been removed, one towel looked dirty & sheets didn't feel fresh. Thank God it was only for one night and left at dawn next morning to port. Location was good. We give them a 3

Walking distance from ferry port. Pleasant front desk. Good location near restaurants and shopping. Very clean room. Well stocked kitchenette. Pictures are accurate representation of room. Front desk was accommodating. Would recommend this facility for family of four.

our flight was canceled causing us to arrive 2 days late. the hotel owner was very understanding and held our room. the hotel itself is within walking distance to the old port and shopping district. lots of places to eat and explore.

Helping me to settle the telecom issue since it was the first day in Greece. He also helped me alot on directions to places of attraction. Apartment was not far from the bus terminal, and the view of the sea was incredible from the balcony, definitely will want to stay here again! RECOMMENDED!!!

They also gave free coffee capsules, tea, water and a welcome raki drink in the room. The property is a short walk from the town centre, buses to Knossos and harbour area. The room I booked (D1) was advertised as a 25 m sq room, but it was barely 17 m sq total (including the bathroom and kitchenette). It was advertised as having a sea view, but it had a city view. To see the sea, you had to go out on the balcony, hang your head over and look backwards towards the sea. Therefore when I first saw the room, I was convinced that it was not the room I had booked. So a very unpleasant beginning to my stay. Plus there was absolutely no way to enter the hotel at the address given as there was no sign for the hotel and no doorbell. You MUST call before arriving. Leaving was difficult, too. Since I was leaving at 5:45 in the morning, I tried to call the night before to find out where to leave the key. No answer and no obvious place to leave the key.
