Great hotel right next to the metro station. The room was big and had all the amenities needed for my business travel. Two tv’s in the room??? Awesome. The gym has all the machines and weights needed for a full body workout. The shower was not working and someone took care of it right away. The breakfast buffet has more than enough options to cater to any food diet. Overall, great stay. Felt like staying at a private apartment but with all the amenities of a hotel.

Hotel was awesome the perch 11th floor outdoor area so much fun. Great value for the dollars. Only small issues were low water pressure and towels a bit abrasive. Other linens very nice. Rooms could use paper towels for the kitchen

This hotel was everything!! My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of amenities to keep you occupied and the mall is right across the street. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed with our large senior dog, Bear Adams. Everything was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hotel lobby is on 11th floor and pets are only allowed on 14th and 15th floors. Not so great for dogs who are afraid of elevators. Clean, Spacious room (we stayed in 500 sq.ft suite), great views from large window. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is located in an area that is not busy. Our dog received welcome kit which included a bed and food/water bowl. Bed was small for a large dog, but Bear didn’t care. This trip was pawsome as we were visiting for B.A.R.K. Ranger programs at few National Parks and Sites. The Watermark was conveniently located near all sites. We loved our stay. If you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, I highly recommend Agora Tysons Mediterranean Restaurant. It’s few minutes from the hotel. Restaurant garage parking located in the back.

The hotel was amazing. Location was perfect for the Capital One Hall. Modern luxury. We were upgraded to a very spacious corner suite with an awesome view. The design of the hotel was unique with the 11th floor outdoor space (The Perch) Parking was easy assessable. I will definitely be stay here again.

Wonderful junior suite in a great location. But the worst water pressure of any hotel I’ve stayed at in the United States. I called down to request maintenance to stop by while I was out; unclear if they did but the issue was not resolved and no follow up from hotel.

Great place to stay and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The only annoying thing was the dogs barking early in the morning because they are pet friendly.

I love this hotel and I'm afraid to rave about it too much.Because it claims to be a 3 star hotel but honestly having been in many 4 and 5 star hotels.I find this hotel to be worth the five star review. The staff is always on point and genuine the breakfast buffet is always plentiful.

We had a wonderful stay with no problems Not complaining but our refrigerator didn't work, we did not realize it until the next day and our food went bad But we will definitely stay here again

I would’ve given this Hotel five stars, but there were a few issues. First, it was next to impossible to figure out how to get into the hotel. You’re not getting in from the street that’s for sure!! Once you’re already checked in, There is street access, But the lobby is not easily accessible at all— it’s on a much higher floor. Once I was checked in (The gentleman at the front was not very nice, Although courteous, He definitely did not go out of his way to give me any additional information needed, pertaining to the hotel), We were handed keys and expected to know how to get to our room. Having traveled many places, the elevator and the process of it was a first. I believe that every single visitor of that hotel needs to be explained exactly how to use the elevator before handed the keys. Luckily, a person waiting let us know what to do after we had already attempted one time…it’s very easy once you know how. There were many technological upgrades with this hotel, which is a plus, but almost over the top in my opinion… When we reached our floor and coming to our room, the lights automatically came brighter… The room was very nice, And the bed was very comfortable! The view was amazing and the breakfast included in the morning was amazing as well. Paying to park was a given, being the area that it is, but the way it was all set up, the hotel should’ve taken care of the parking fee. 12:00 checkout was a plus!
