The staff are very helpful. Due to the weather my flight was delayed and caused a lot of issue with it being diverted. However the staff and the Manager were extremely helpful and patient. Cant recommend this place enough. Absolutely AMAZING!!!

The weather 😩

The property is well managed with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are big with a living room and dining area. It is surrounded with greenery and mountains. Breakfast had limited options but was good. Value for money !

Had poor cellular Vodafone network but the fast wifi solved the issue.

breakfast was good. And kitchen staff was also good. Items were limited in number.

There was no pre-planning for the guests. They should have made the preparations to attend their guests. staff was less in no but they all were good.

The location of the hotel is too far, not a good option for someone without vehicle. Service would have been better if hotel would have offered atleast drop facility to nearest transport available location for check out customers. In-house facility also need to be worked on. Being in the loneliest part services should be the main attraction for customer.

Location wise it was good but no service for travel. Not much option provided. In-house service could have been better by adding one or two chargeable facility. Electricity backup should be must as Location has network connectivity issue wifi is the only option.

Breakfast choice was not available. It was OK

Food and cleanliness

The entire stay was awesome. They have ample space for car . They have basement area for car parking. Clean room. 10 mins distance from Madgoan station.

Place is decent , but BF included is waste , stayed for three days n had to eat same staff as they dont have much to offer.While doing evening service they forget to place water , towel , s/off the water etc. Too may insect in the room . so much seepage in the rooms difficult to breath .

There are very few things that I liked about this hotel. The staff was good and supportive. The location was peaceful, though it was quite remote, but I can live with that.

The hotel is certainly not worth the amount that I had spent. Around INR 10,000 for 3 night stay (accommodation only) and NO BREAKFAST. On top of that the food was expensive (ended up paying close to INR 3000 for 3 nights food bill). The rooms were smelling and cleanliness was not top notch. The AC was occasionally working. The TV was not working and after multiple reminders they did not recharge it so no TV. WiFi was fluctuating but I was connected somehow. I survived. I would say that for that price, I could get a better property in Goa. Hence, I would no recommend this property to anyone for a stay.
