Stayed on 15th floor. As a local, it was a great view towards the city over the Westgate FWY. Pool was infinity and the gym brand new.
Breakfast was quality. Not too many options, but way enough for us.

So I was only there for one night as soon as I entered the room. It was nice and spacious. The only downside was I got given a bottle of champagne and I got given to me that at reception no ice bucket no nothing. There was no room service menu to order from I had to google it at my self: online there was no cold water in the fridge. If I wanted some I had to call down to guest servies to get some And also for happy hour. I was told the wrong times to arrive so I missed out on that personally I wouldn’t stay to get there again. No parking on site. Had to walk 10 minutes to and from the hotel.

We had not stayed at this hotel before but so glad we did ! The location was great, the staff fantastic and the hotel was wonderful !

Check in was super easy and smooth- Harry was absolutely awesome and looked after all our check in needs. He was also super helpful with answering all our questions

Service was excellent at check in and went over and above to make us feel welcome. We had a superior room with city view which we could not fault. Buffet breakfast was one of the better ones we have had. Staff amazing at the bar. Location close to casino and CBD. Parking option is great and only a short stroll away. Would recommend.

We liked that all 3 of us were in same room. Was comfy. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Wish hotel was a bit closer to city shopping. Too far to walk as a bit older guests. We survived but ended up getting Ubers everywhere as not familiar with the distances to certain attractions. One downfall was no tea bags or sugar for a cup of tea. Only 2 mugs for 3 people.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. The staff are excellent. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice with a great selection to choose from.
I had read in previous reviews that the area was awful but it was only a short walk to crown and the dfo at south wharf. Plenty of public transport offers can be found around here. It is a shame that the parking isnt undercover and is a 5 min walk away, but its not that bad! We were just unlucky that it was raining on the day of our stay.
All in all i found the amenities great and i thought the hotel was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent service from check in to check out. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Can't fault this place. Would definitely stay again.
