The prices were decent. Stay was clean , buba little noisy

Water was COLD the whole time. Requested maintenance but they never fixed it. Awful during the freezing winter to take a cold shower.
Beds were fine. Had to request cleaning a few times even after requesting for the day. They would do trash but not make beds and didn’t clean the toilet the entire time. Didn’t leave toilet paper.

Showers sucked. Freezing cold water and low pressure and when it did get hot for a moment or two, it was scalding and burned my backside.
Trash sat in hallway for days. Didn’t clean the toilet the whole time.

Wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean, our room was modern and new looking, AC/heat worked very good, breakfast was great, area was quiet, and the employees were so nice!
We arrived late (around 3am) but the front desk worker (Mark) waited patiently for our arrival and even surprised us by extending our stay until noon as a nice gesture to let us take our time in the morning. He was incredibly sweet.

Well when I got that there at 10 pm I was greeted with a smile and some small talk while he signed me in. Very professional and courteous . Very nice place. Love the feather pillows.

This is where we stay whenever we are visiting St. Louis. The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are pleasant and well maintained. As always, the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to ensure that they are providing their guests the best service possible:

Mine was a positive experience. Clean, properly maintained room, friendly staff, no issues.

There was dinning and shopping near by so that was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. I could hear traffic and people in other rooms but not horrible. Breakfast was good with lots of options but eggs and coffee were not very good. Overall it was a good experience.

Room was dusty and dirty. Walls stained with something, cobwebs in the corners.
New $25 pet fees in the last 2 weeks. Not sure if the last worker forgot, but this time the first question I was asked was “is that a service animal?!” rather than “How are you?” Or “Welcome”. And even standing in front of the guy, he continued talking to workers, other residents, people walking by - all while staying quiet with me. Very rude.
Also, for a “pet friendly” hotel, maybe don’t require a kennels or carriers in the room. This is as pet un-friendly as it gets, and again, another brand new rule that doesn’t show on Expedia.
This will be my last visit here, and has soured my opinion on Choice hotels. Wouldn’t recommend.
