The size of the room and the facilities were wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the sitting areas were ample. The kitchen area was a definite plus!!! The staff were superb, especially Sarah!!

We liked EVERYTHING!!

Stayed here for the weekend in the little studio (room 103) with my husband and 13 month old. The room was spacious enough. Super helpful to have a fully functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

My only complaint is that when we checked in, the room was set to heat at 71 degrees in late March. The temperature in the room was 76. We had to leave early that evening and told the staff. They went into the room to fix it. Upon our return, the room was more comfortable (probably actually around 68 degrees) however, someone had left two of the windows cracked open- on the main floor and these windows opened to the parking lot. Not good. We closed the windows and slept fine. The next day, I had the air conditioning set to 68 and by the time we woke up, the room was 61 degrees. I don’t know what was going on with this room but the thermostat is broke and they didn’t fix it, and then they left our windows cracked. We’re lucky nobody broke in and we weren’t robbed.

That there was 2 separate rooms with there own bathrooms. So we had our own room/bathroom and our daughter and grandkids had there own room/bathroom. Also had a regular sized frig with freezer, dishes and dishwasher. Had a swimming pool. Was clean and not over powering smell with chlorine.

The drawers and cupboards were dirty. Weren't wiped or vacuumed out. We asked for a playpen for a newborn grandson when we left to go shopping and thought we'd pick it up. We got back to the hotel, stopped at the front desk, and the lady said it was in our room. We put it right inside the door. Then, next morning, Sunday, getting ready and packing stuff up, and it's 10:30 am and the door opened up and it was one of the house keepers. No knock on the door or anything.

The staff was very friendly. There were bathrooms with each of the two bedrooms in the suite, so it was like having two rooms. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date looking. The hot tub and pool were well kept.

When you went to the front desk for something, it didn't seem like the staff could see you or hear you. You waited and some people left. There was no bell. That was the only issue.

Facilities were nice although I was unable to book a room with 2 beds. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and messed up my back. Besides that had a wonderful time and loved the staff
