This was the most beautiful property - an old house converted into a fabulous B&B with very spacious and extremely well appointed rooms and great views over the city. But what really made it stand out was the level of personal service - we were greeted with a welcome drink of port, coffee and tea was available any time of the day and night, and every afternoon they laid on cakes and biscuits! Absolutely outstanding - and the staff were just so lovely. The only thing to be warned about is that there is no lift due to the property being under a preservation order. So this might be challenging for anyone with any mobility impairment. But I have to say that the beauty of the original staircase more than made up for the climb to our fabulous room on the very top floor! Thanks everyone - would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves boutique or characterful hotels. Outstanding!

This accommodation really does FLH. Location is brilliant! So easy to walk anywhere. Staff were lovely and helpful, especially Beatrice. Room was perfect, breakfast in the room was a bonus. Beautiful old building, tastefully renovated. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Porto and close to the best attractions. Very comfortable bed and showers. Friendly staff in Vinny and Betrice who were super helpful in assisting and accommodating us due to a canceled flight. Thank you FLH!

Wonderful property in a great location! We were able to walk to everything. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of items to choose. There was an abundant supply of coffee and tea on each floor and even cake and snacks in the afternoons. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the building felt safe and well maintained.

Property is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to all downtown tourist locations. You can walk the Majestic Cafe is less than half block. The train station is a block or two away, most nice restaurants are within a five block ratio the sightseeing buses are around the corner etc. The staff is wonderful I cannot say enough about the staff. I learned real quick why the say in Porto everything is up and down very Steep Streets. I would recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes must be non slip shoes. You also have to be in good shape because this is a walking town with very steep streets.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to many places of interest. Based on the main shopping street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent, nice being able to have it served in your room. Coffee and biscuits/cake being available in the afternoons was also a nice touch. Hotel was clean and felt safe. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and good air con. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Certainly feels like home away from home - exceptional service from Allison and Beatrix. Breakfast and tea time food and delicacies were amazing - Kudus to the chef for a delicious breakfast and tea time treats!

The front desk were very sweet in accommodating us even when we came in early, they held our bags for us while we walked around. Breakfast was nice! Bathrooms and bedroom were clean and smelled great. The balcony was a nice touch to our stay. Even when checking out they accommodated us due to our flight being late, and they held our bags for us from 11am to 6:30pm. Truly life savers!!! We’d recommend, the only downside was no elevators but it was a great cardio for us. 10/10 recommend we’d come back!

Clean room and very helpful staff. Very convenient to restaurants and bars (Pink Street.). Since public transportation was a bit confusing, we relied on Uber and taxis for popular destinations.

I love the breakfast and the fact that you get to choose what you want and you have complimentary snacks on every floor. I definitely recommend this hotel if this your first time. My girlfriends and I really loved the place. Also there is no elevator to get ur luggage, so you will have to use the stairs but it wasn’t that bad as the person in the reception is always willing help or assist.
