I can definitely recommend this really nice hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour earlier and got check in without problems. The 2 double rooms were more spacious than expected with 2 comfortable chairs and coffee table. And there was even a little fridge for drinks! The bathroom was big ( we did get a handicap room) and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a lots of variety of food to choose from. We ate at their Columbus restaurant and the food was also very delicious and in big portion. The bar staffs were very patient too, because we returned some cocktails which were too sour and they were happy to add more sugar with a smile. The reason I didn't give 5 stars to facilities was because the spa area didn't look inviting, there were 3 motionbikes cramped close together and no other equipments in sight. And on top of it all got told off from a massage therapist to keep the noise down when we were just checking out the facility! But otherwise it was a very positive experience.

This is the best.
Very nice rooms, very good breakfast, a nice bar, outside place to sit and do what you like, and have something to drink.

Didn’t have any expectations before arriving, so I was truly surprised to find that this hotel is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful and spacious rooms, the restaurant’s food is great, breakfast super - and the staff is nice and service minded.

We were SO happy we chose this hotel! Our room was huge and had TWO windows looking over the harbor and the biggest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel. There was also a lovely sitting area with two chairs and a table in front of the TV. Because of the noise from the street we couldn't keep our windows open, but they provided us with a fan to see us cool! Parking was affordable and inside. It was an easy walk to shopping and dining. My only complaint was the price of breakfast (25 Euros per person), which was too steep for our wallets. Would highly recommend them again!

Very Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. We Got two rooms side by side, and the terrasse were connected, and with a Nice view of the harbour and the Old part of Flensburg. Perfect for family. Restaurant, garden Area with bar, and Everything Else was very nicely kept and in tip-tip shape. Parring In connection with the hotel id very accessible and relatively cheap. The location is perfect - right in the Middle of the harbour and 300 meters from the pedestrian Street, which is the Main attraction of Flensborg. Highly

Very nice and comfort stay at Hotel Hafen Flensburg. The rooms are spacious and the beds great. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the nearby harbour area, which had live music in the summer. The only thing for improvement was the Wi-Fi, which kept throwing us off - so not very stable.
