Great quiet location- pool and hot tub need some TLC

2nd time that I have booked a room on Hotels.com and paid in advance and then at checkout the front desk refused to give me a receipt showing a zero balance!
They ask for my credit card upon arrival so I expect a receipt showing I owe a zero balance. this is frustrating to have to argue with a front desk person for a receipt.
Also this hotel as many others with a complementary breakfast has so much waste in paper plates, plastic glasses, cutlery,etc. They even had a waste basket with a recyclying opening - it all went into the same trash bag!

The complimentary breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Location also had many restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again

Pleasant enough. Clean and comfortable. Be aware dogs can stay with you on the first floor.Barking can be a disruption. Fish and Chips in English Pub,plentiful and delicious. Food in restaurant alright. Breakfast included had a variety to choose from.

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel in an easy to access location, close to a lot of amenities. Can hear traffic but not too bad. Hotel itself is nice and clean. The gym and pool are nice and clean. Continental breakfast was standard and tasty. The restaurant attached is very good. Tonnes of parking. Will stay here again.

The room was nice and neat with nice staff in the front office and restaurant.
The AC unit in the room starts with loud noise and the sleep gets disturbed due to that. I had to turn the AC off to get a peaceful sleep

Our check in was very fast and the room was clean. The tv programming was terrible the tv guide was all mixed up so none of the programs went with the guide. They had absolutely no movie channels in their package. We spent a lot of money on our room and would be nice to have something good to watch.

Clean and friendly. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel was good. Not impressed with the holding our fees for a week, when someone else is paying (or has paid for the room). Not truly a good experience with our funds. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. May have left my electric toothbrush in the room. Good location. Good A/C.
