We loved our stay at the Balatura hotel! It was such a quaint hotel in a lovely building. Our room was lovely and very quiet which we liked. Would consider booking a room with a balcony which would have been nice. Staff were all very attentive and helpful! Mia was especially friendly and wonderful to meet. Breakfast which was included was excellent and we loved the little terrace where it was served. We also loved the location which was very convenient for walking to the Old Town and restaurants/sights. Only suggestions would be having an arrangement for a reduced price for parking for vehicles as we found this expensive. Also, perhaps a fan to circulate air in the breakfast area on very hot day would be nice (it was very hot during our stay). We highly recommended this hotel!

This was a nice oasis from the hectic town of Split. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Short walk to Diocletian's Palace and outdoor market. I had hoped based on the description, that they had designated paid parking but really we just had to find public parking and luckily found an open spot. Lovely one night stay in Split.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The rims were very spacious The breakfast were delicious. The staff was very accommodating. There is no lift, so there will be stairs to climb

Lovely little B&B not far from the old town. Felt very welcomed on arrival and enjoyed the freshly baked croissants and omelettes for breakfast. Room was very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable! I’d recommend.

It was a bit difficult to find, as you cannot be dropped at the door in a taxi/car. Again there are stairs to navigate from the street.

We stayed for a night before we flew back home. Only down side is it was hard to locate on google maps and the road to pick up an uber is a little walk away. Overall the accommodations were very clean and we loved the breakfast.

Tucked away on a pedestrian only street, Balatura is a hidden gem. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of activity. Beautiful, spacious, clean room with an awesome shower, delicious full breakfast, and friendly staff, we highly recommend staying here.

The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the car park as it was located some 5 minutes away. The B&B was nice but after a long day driving just wanted to relax and watch some TV, which did not work (and apparel had not been tuned in for some weeks). The location is good and only a short walk to the port.

Lack of guest care made us cross:
* Safe was impossible and we were blamed for this
* Complimentary bottle of wine meant we had to ask for it and not given one automatically. We then fought to be given two quarter bottles (not one quarter bottle as then offered) of what turned out to be undrinkable wine. We expected a normal sized bottle of drinkable wine, as per our hotel in Dubrovnik
* We had to pre-order breakfast at a specified time, then we were presented with a cooked breakfast, the moment we sat down and not asked when we were ready
