The hotel is currently in a construction zone which is not particularly scenic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. my only criticism is of the bedding, a duvet. I find them too hot for comfort so did not have a good night's sleep.

The front desk was excellent and the rooms were very clean. Sadly, the pool was out of order, an elevator didn’t work, and the treadmills were broken. These were all things we would have expected to know about when paying the price we did.

Clean and modern rooms with very comfy beds. The hotel is very nice and has good amenities. Location was a bit meh. There’s nothing in walking distance but it only takes 10 mins to get into Boulder. Like most hotels in the US, the recycling facilities are poor.

The spa was down, the pool was dirty. The breakfast was the worst because food was not there. We had to ask like 3 times for them to replenish.

I was booked for two nights...my email said I was. When i got to the front desk, it said I was o ly for one night. I had to pay for a another night,when i already paid for it though the app. again

Great hotel in quiet and convenient location. My only complaint was the breakfast room was not well stocked, it was out of a lot of the options.

We stayed in a king bedroom suite and it was very clean. The cleaning staff was very good and made sure to change out towels and linens daily. There was a minor leak in the main lobby but overall our stay was amazing.

Only issue was that our room on the top floor did not have good Wifi reception, and I had to bring my laptop to the lobby, where the reception was fine. They also had two computers in the lobby that were available for use. Would stay here again.

Ppace is super nice and clean. Breakfast was great too. But the power went out during the trip for over 3 hours and were told nothing to a compensation. Even a sorry that it happened would have sufficed.
