The pros: huge room, very clean, good value for money. Nice pool and decent breakfast. Cons: key card kept failing, had to get it reprogrammed 4 times in 2 days. Happened to many other guests too. TV glitched out every 30 seconds or so, microwave also on last legs. Fox News blasting in lobby 24/7 (blech!)

We had two rooms, which were both very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the staff assigned one of our rooms to another guest when they arrived and provided them with programmed cards. Not cool when you’re relaxing and someone else comes through your door.

We booked this hotel via hotel.com specifically because it says it has free airport transport. When I checked in and asked for a shuttle for 4.30 am for our first flight of 3 back to Amsterdam the owner dais they didn’t provide this and it’s not stated on their site although it’s stated on all major booking sites. I said I could have booked any other hotel that did provide it, seeing that we were quite upset about this he eventually promised that his son would take us to the airport at 4.15am at a small fee. Grateful it was sorted, we went to bed early to get some sleep. We were woken up at 11pm by front desk saying that they could not find any taxis and the best option was to book an uber. I told him that my mobile sim doesn’t work in USA so I couldn’t book an uber and that’s why the owners son was going to take us. I found out that I was talking to the son. He then said someone called “David” would be there at 4.15 and for $30 would take us. He most likely will turn up, but he may not??? I told him this wasn’t good enough and he said he couldn’t cope with this and put the phone down. I went downstairs and Colin, the son had left. The night manager was no further helpful and guaranteed this David would show up. I went back to the room and we had an old phone with a sim that worked so I managed to get us an uber. We went downstairs for 4 am, guess what David never showed up, luckily our Uber picked us up, Do not trust anything these people tell you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The rooms are nice. Spacious and clean. Staff has always been very helpful.

Peyton was an awesome clerk. We will come back and stay because of her.

Loved the whole place, within walking to most places, ten minutes from the mall! Definitely my favorite place, will be booking again.

We stayed there for 4 days and they clean our room ones all the garbage Was full wet towels have to stay and smile. Our cards wasnt open the doors so we have to comedown back all the time. Breakfast was pure not a big choice we ate ones and was crazy to many people small room waffle line was about 30 minutes so pretty much we drink our coffee and left
