The staff who work there are extremely kind and helpful. The Riad itself is more modest than we had imagined from the photos, and would benefit from some
Investment to improve its condition. The neighborhood within the Medina is entirely safe but also more run down than other areas within the Medina. Breakfast was delicious.

This Riad was very old. So please don’t expect good facilities. The room was pretty spacious but very dark. Internet was in and out. You can’t make online business meeting here. However staffs are so nice. The reason I gave 4stars, it is all about staff. They make our feelings so much better.

They had to close Riad Safir because of a Covid case and they took us to another riad from the same owner, a 4-star Riad El Yacout at walking distance. Excellent service.

Riad Safir was a surprise and delight. Beautiful. Bright. Great design and art. Welcoming & helpful staff! Rooftop breakfast. Comfortable bed and room. Fun walking through the medina to get to it!
