The room was lovely, but there was garbage on the floor of the bathroom. I didn’t care for the Styrofoam plates at breakfast or for the mouse that ran across the lobby.

Airport shuttle was supposed to be 24-hr. We got in near midnight. The shuttle came to the airport as we were coming out. They had to leave because parking enforcement made them move along. Next shuttle would be 50 (!) minutes. We chose to start our rental car early instead. But driving up, there is no obvious front entrance! No signage. Where the shuttle is parked was an elevator but not welll marked at all. We finally found how to access the lobby. Good to get inside because all around outside smelled like weed. The desk agent was not that thrilled to help (by now almost 2am due to rental car issues too). The sleeper sofa in the room was pretty gross and had to be slept on without pulling it out. The breakfast buffet ended at 9:00 and was very picked over by 8:45. At 9:00 straight up they closed the remaining stuff down including the water. The only good thing is a full service Starbucks off the lobby. So so so not worth the price.

Near to the ocean and very clean

The Hotel is well situated. Beach in front and the subway in the back. 20 minutes from downtown Boston. The restaurant in the Lobby is excellent, food is excellent. The hotel is really clean. Breakfast needs to be upgraded, (quantity and quality is not representative for the price of the hotel. Plan 15 dollars a day for parking.

This hotel was great! The location was excellent--close to restaurants, the beach, and public transit that takes you right into downtown Boston. There was an airport shuttle that was super convenient. The rooms were really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! Staff is friendly! Across the street from the ocean. Parking in their garage is 15$.

The location is good. The parking is also nice but the price makes it nothing special. The breakfast was good but gets packed later in the day. One elevator was broken which was inconvenient. The pool is not heated as the hotel says. Price is high for the services especially since parking isn’t free.

This spot is beautiful close to the beach and has an access way directly from hotel same thing for the train station just underneath which brings you right to downtown Boston. Absolutely amazing hotel!
