No maid service for 4 days there. Had to go to front desk to get bath towels.

I had such a wonderful time at the hotel. Everything was alright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specialy Andreza and Silvio who work at the reception are very nice people. They always had good advices were to go and what to see. When I had questions, they always had an answer. I had a great time there.

Discriminated by the staff. The complimentary continental breakfast is horrible. The gym in always closed. The refrigerator is too small. There is no microwave in the room.

Overall decent stay. We came from Canada so maybe our expectations were high, but I’ve stayed plenty places over my time. Good and bad, this wasn’t a bad experience overall. The staff was great, English not being first language we still got helped when needed. The safe batteries were a pain, the door swipe card also. Old tech… Two single beds that were kind of out dated, tossed and turned every night. Great water pressure and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed the jacuzzi’s and gym space. It’s in the heart of downtown. Homeless is not far but we came for the party and we were close to Lapa arches so it was great.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff at the desk very helpful. Bed sheets were overused, holes and stains. The hallways to the rooms are too dark, carpets need replacement.

The hotel first of all it looks okay but nothing really works in the hotel the doors are in bad shape it doesn't close properly the front door of room the bathroom door so water comes out when you are taking a shower and settles water in the floor and the drain inside the shower its clugged. The staff the cleans the room don't do a good job
They made my bed once and left everything thing else dirty so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone there are far much better place around the same area and more clean and better for the same amount of price or just a few dollars more.

I think is an affordable hotel but needs lots of improvements. People smoking in rooms and staff didn't do anything about it had to move to different rooms due to problems in rooms needs lots of maintenance. Breakfast it's okay!!

A nice new hotel that's, unfortunatelly, based in a bad area (the whole city is a bad area, actually). The receptionist suggested some tours and we enjoyed one of them very much, for ~85$ we saw regular touristy Rio and had lunch in a local restaurant). Thank you Fabio. We would return if it were to be located in another city.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Im a 33 year old single male that travels when he cans. Im a pretty simple man, but really appreciate a clean room, especially a clean bathroom. This was a very clean hotel with excellent staff (with front desk that spoke english), hotel room that was quant but comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with working hot water and excellent water pressure from the showers. The location was ok. Maybe a 10-15 minute ride to copacabana. There wasn't much around the area that I was interested in doing. They had a few gyms in the surrounding areas that everything I was looking for as someone who lifts weights (if thats important to you). I don't normally write reviews, but to be in a different country where sometimes standards suffer, I was very happy with the accommodations. Nothing extravagant, very simple, but very clean with good staff. I didnt need anything more
