Lovely property to stay in on our travel to Denmark. Easy to find, clean and very friendly staff. Town centre within easy reach and a lovely bar at the end of the street where we got a nice meal. We arrived late about 8.00PM but everything was so easy

We loved everything about Xenia except the 4 flights of stairs we had to climb carrying our luggage. We are both seniors with mobility issues. The manager explained that had we mentioned this on booking they would have made sure we were on a ground level room. We will know next time we come as we will return. The free breakfast was the best! It is very close to the main shopping area as well.

Wonderful modern little hotel, with a very nice bar (bartender is excellent)/restaurant serving dinner and a great breakfast. Modern conveniences throughout. Parking is limited, but spaces are usually available; if not, public parking is right down the street and can be used 0800-2000, until a space opens at hotel.

It was a great visit at Hotel Xenia. The hotel has very clean and fresh rooms. The only things we were missing was double keys and a common place to meet at in the hotel outside breakfast time. We are also waiting for the restaurant to be opened. The staff is very kind, humble and service minded.

Small, but perfectly renovated rooms. Wonderful breakfast, perfect location (5 min walk to center or harbour), friendly staff. Will come again.

Only negative thing was that the bathroom smeled like the sewers. Due to corona there were only a staffed reception at a limited time, but worked ok. You get what you pay for. A ok hotel With good location.

I have always been a little reserved towards hotels without full time reception, but this time I had to change my mind! You receive a SMS with a code and your room number, and you pick up your key by entering the code in a key box - simple but effective! Even though the hotel is located on the "wrong" side of the main road, it is still only a few minutes’ walk from town center with bars and restaurants. It can be hard to find a parking spot in central Flensburg, and the hotel car park is (too) small, but there is a public (payment) car park just down the road. The room was spacious and bright and everything (including the bath room) appeared like brand new. I'm not sure it is always like this (we visited Xenia during the Covid-19 epidemic) the breakfast was served at the table, and it was it was simply sumptuous and unique: Except for scrambled eggs and bacon you could find it all (including fresh fruit and energy bars). Reception is only open during breakfast (6:00 to 10:00), the staff is nice and service very personally.
