The hotel was great. Very attentive staff. Clean, good sized room. 5 mins walk to both new and old town. Perfect location for restaurants and bars. Beach is a 10 min walk. Would stay here again.

Good hotel in the heart of Alicante, rooms are small but you only sleep in them! Finding the hotel entrance is difficult, better signage required please! Although you are in the centre La Rambla it is quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Postiguet beach, and 2 minutes from the marina.

The hotel was very clean with modern interior. But we booked a standard room with a bed that was supposed to be a double, however, it was only approximately 135 centimeters wide. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable and along with the bed being so small, we could not get any good sleep. I travelled with a friend, perhaps couples can manage with a bed that small. We were very dissatisfied with the sleeping arrangements, a bed that is only 135 centimeters is not a double sized bed. The location of the hotel was sublime, very close to restaurants, bars, the beach etc.

I travelled with my daughter and was told that an extrended checkout was available by just telling the staff in the morning. My daughter got ill during the night and when I asked for the extended check-out, I was told it was not available, even though I told the female receptionist that it was an emergency ( and at this point I was a bit upset being very tired after having been up with my daughter all night) I was rudely told that I could only get a slight extension of 1 h or I had to pay full price for another night (we were trying to fly out the same evening). When I came down with my daughter and asked for a taxi the receptionist looked out in the street and told me it was one across the street by the taxi stand but no effort to get it for us. The taxi obviously left before we could catch it as my daughter had to walk very slowly and I was carrying all our luggage. I am very disappointed in how we were treated and would not recommend anyone staying here. The only thing good is the location, the rooms are not as nice as in the picture and the staff is very rude (at least the female receptionist). Please also let that everything comes with an extra charge.

Simple, but super lovely hotel. Clean. Located in a central area. Close to the beach, promenade, many restaurants and cafes. Shopping area is easily reached via walking. Close to train terminal. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The property itself is great. Very central to everything. The rooms are very peaceful and the beds incredibly comfortable, with pillows to die for. The shower was great but the water take a little while to warm up. Just a tip: If you dont want to be woken up at 10am, make sure you out your do not disturb sign on the door the night before.

Hotel is very conveniently located near Paseo de la Explanada de España. Our double room was superb, with everything necessary included. Super comfy bed and nice shower. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and provided help with everything we required. Overall, great value for money so we would definitely stay there again!

We used the hotel as a bridge to another accommodation. We left our previous accommodation at 11 but could not check in until 3:15. We had to rent lockers for our luggage in the interim. The staff was friendly and our room was big with a king bed. The shower was very nice and I specifically loved the squeezable shampoo dispenser.
