unclean filthy property. when we arrived there was left over food in the sink beds weren’t made food on floor hair and filth in every carpet. Do not book for your own good parking is not onsite and located up the road, they hold your deposit for too long, still haven’t received and awaiting refund as i didn’t stay in the property management is outsourced to philippines which is unhelpful and tell you you can’t have refund i will be taking this much further Uninhabitable accommodation please see photos! i have so many more photos

Extremely Bad Review Below. !!!PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! *FILING COURT CASE WITH LAWYERS ALSO!!!* Normally I never post bad reviews, ever. However I felt it was a matter of safety that you are all made aware before booking this accomodation. Quick Overview: - DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED - No heating downstairs - No heating anywhere in the morning (during winter) - Extremely hot water in the shower, unbearable. - 0 toilet paper provided upon entry - 0 Shower amenities provided - Barely enough hand soap to last the trip - Extremely unclean throughout (don't trust the photos) - Towels smelled probably not clean either. - Bathroom so small you can't sit on the toilet seat. - Terrible bed felt broken. - Very rude customer service (outsourced to Phillipines) - Unaware of £300 booking deposit required. - Additional daily rate to use towels, hot tub, sauna Detailed Overview: After living off Airbnb and Booking.com as a quite a regular traveller, this has single handedly been the most horrendous stay of my life. To the level that you can have nightmares about this stuff. Arrived on time, key was given to me and walked in to an absolutely freezing accomodation. The whole vibe was just super dingy and almost smelly. You can tell everyone was simply designed in a way just so certain angles would look good for the photos and social media but in reality it's almost the exact opposite. My first experience. Went upstairs to use the bathroom. After finishing, I come to realise there is 0 toilet paper!! After waddling around searching there was 0 toilet paper, tissue paper, kitchen roll anywhere in the house. I message their phillipines team on WhatsApp and simply they are accusing me of lying saying that it's there. So there's me waiting to clean myself whilst arguing with customer service after being accused of lying. Naturally you'd get annoyed and then after speaking firmly I'm getting told to watch my language and to figure it out.
