One-bedroom apartment located on the 3th floor in the luxury building Mirador de la Mallaeta.

The Space:
As the flat is occupied by the owner during the winter months, it has luxurious furnishings with comfortable furniture. This apartment is at walking distance from the beach and sea of Villajoyosa.

The living room overlooks the spacious terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs. There are electrically operated blinds. The terrace faces south and has unobstructed views over the beautifully landscaped communal garden to the mountains of the coastline and beyond to the sea.

The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious bed (1.80m x 2.10m) and has a spacious bathroom en suite, equipped with large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The house has a second, smaller but comfortable bathroom, also with shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, the entire flat is air-cooled by means of a heat pump.

The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped. A coffee machine (L'Or Philips Barista), kettle, electric oven, fridge, freezer and all the necessary glassware and crockery.

The apartment has a descaler and an additional filter system for drinking water, so no lugging water bottles around. Further amenities include a washing machine, a smart TV, ironing board and iron and hairdryer.

A parking space in the closed car park can be used, but there is also plenty of parking space in front and next to the building.

Facilities at the Mirador de la Mallaeta building include a large swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden, a gym and two paddle tennis courts.

The town hosts lively festivals, including the Moors and Christians celebrations, making it a must-visit destination on the Costa Blanca.

Getting Around:
On walking distance, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, beach and public transport such as the bus or train.

Alicante airport is 35 min driving. Valencia airport is 1,5h driving.
