The property is situated in the city of Genoa on the Italian Riviera in northwest Italy, a 20-minute walk from the town’s historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with one of the largest medieval quarters in Europe and a 10-minute walk from the Strada Nuova Museum of art.

Visitors can also walk to "Porto Antico," the revitalised waterfront full of shops, restaurants and attractions and The Aquarium of Genoa one of the largest aquariums in Europe in 20 minutes.
