Patio with grill overlooks the water and is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening after a day on the water or at the beach. Move inside to the A/C and spacious open living room, dining room, well-outfitted kitchen and sitting room. Dining table, kitchen table and breakfast bar provide ample seating options, perfect for entertaining. The second bedroom also has a king bed, great for vacationing with friends or family. The second full bathroom is just down the hall from this bedroom. The pull-out couch in the living room also allows you to awake to a water view from the large bay window. The living room also has a desk with water views and the whole house and outdoor space has Wifi for the best work-from-home views you could ask for. Laundry room has washer and dryer for guests use. Finally, a bonus room in the partially finished basement boasts A/C and heat, a 65" TV and a fun, separate space to hang out. The property is a quick 10-minute drive from ocean beaches in both Dennis and Yarmouth and minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and many popular dining options. A ferry to the islands are 15 minutes away, along with whale watching trips. Centrally located, we find our home to be well-located to enjoy all that Cape Cod and the Island's have to offer.
