Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 155 m² house in the commune of Saint-Denis which can accommodate up to 11 travellers. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also a 170 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Please note that access to the house is via the small gate (not the large gate). There is also a path that crosses part of the neighbour's garden. This right of way is discreet and we would ask you to respect this space in order to preserve the peace and quiet of our neighbours. Once you arrive at the house, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your own private garden, perfect for relaxing and socialising.

- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) and single bed (cot available on request)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC

First floor
- A bright 40 m² living room with two 3-seater sofas, three poufs, coffee table, TV and bay windows giving access to the garden
- A dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Second floor
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190), chest of drawers and mezzanine with 120cm bed
- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140×190), chest of drawers and mezzanine with 120cm bed
- Bathroom 1: with bath, washbasin and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 170 m² enclosed and private garden, south-facing, with tables, chairs and parasol to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Denis, in an atypical district with a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- The Basilica of Saint-Denis is just a 20-minute walk away.
- Les Fermes de Gally: the Saint-Denis Open Farm is a 14-minute walk away, or around 1 kilometre.
- Enjoy a stroll through the Parc de la Légion d'Honneur.
- Discover shows at the Théâtre Gérard Philipe, Centre Dramatique National.
- Explore the Paul Eluard Museum of Art and History in Saint-Denis.
- Get easy access to the Stade de France, 2.7 kilometres away.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Ironing boards, irons and other utensils will be available in the unoccupied mezzanines. Please take care on the stairs, which can be a little steep.
- One of the three bay windows is locked because it does not close properly.
- Pets are accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify this when booking.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
