Le bruit, le fait que ce ne soit pas un hôtel (non mentionné explicitement dans l’annonce), le petit déjeuner très léger dans une boulangerie du quartier, l’absence de réceptionniste.

Very friendly and helpful manager and staff! Short distances to beach, shopping centers and downtown Porto.

Location very good, just 5 minutes from beach and right in Foz Do Douro. Staff were excellent, George and Elsa could not have been more helpful.

This is not a hotel, no reception, room service etc. but then never pretended to be. And George, the owner, and Elsa more thank made up for it.

The big flat, the helpful owner and his assistant, it was very comfortable, all the staying was very attentive by the owner

it had all the facilities and single use items you would need, the host was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed about the area, breakfast, facilities and room. fast replies to question on the app. luggage storage allowed us to come back and even use the toilet again , the host let us take all the time we needed to get ready and leave. and would return again

The host Jorge was a wonderful man. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the Porto. He drew the best places to go on a map of Porto.

Nothing. The location was amazing just a short walk to the beach. The facilities in the suite were wonderful. A fridge was in the room as was many items toothbrush toothpaste ect.

The breakfast was good. Not buffet where u choose what you want but the staff are nice and they will give you want you want that's covered in your meal pass

Our stay in Porto was amazing from the first minute to the last :) Jorge is an amazing host as well as an amazing person who makes sure his guests know their way around Porto and feel at home. His kindness and care is exceptional and we can only recommend his amazing apartments. Everything is perfectly clean and home like, Jorge used to live in this house with his family and you can feel the family vibe. Totally different than a usual hotel stay. Also his assistant Elsa and the lovely cleaning ladies Marisol and Fatima always greet you with a smile and are there to be able to help with anything you might need. The location is perfect, with two wonderful Pastelarias (local bakery shops/cafés) where Jorge's guests have breakfast which was one of the best benefits for us because you can see the authentic Portuguese lifestyle of local people and try the delicious sortiment they have every morning :) Also the waiters are great, attentive and always making a little joke with everyone. Foz is an excellent location, just down the hill from the beach (400metres), with a bus stop right in front of the apartments (bus to the heart of the historical part of Porto takes only 20minutes) and you can buy the bus tickets in an information center 50 metres from the apartments :) Small supermarket is just down the road on the way to the beach as well as a small local fruit and veggie shop. You can't have more authentic and also quiet and lovely location in Porto. Even Portuguese people like coming to Foz for a cup of coffee after work ;) And the sunsets or sunrises at the beach, walk to the lighthouse or just watching the local fishermen - all of this just makes you wanna stay and enjoy every moment. Plus all of this experience makes you wanna come back! :) Thank you Jorge, Elsa, Marisol for making us feel so welcome and for having us. It was an absolute pleasure to stay with you!
