Cute little property right near the Ark Encounter. Has all the amenities for small children. Owners respond quickly and took care of everything we needed. Quiet, quaint area.

We had the best time staying here. The kids loved the basement with all the games. Our pup loved running up and down the stairs. We had everything we needed. We had a little issue with the kids bedroom light, Jess responded immediately and got it fixed. Our only suggestions are the master bedroom bed could use a pillow top so something to make the bed a little more soft. Also maybe provide one set of dark towels and bedding incase someone gets their monthly visit. My daughter did and it was a little dramatic (she’s 14) but we made the best of it. We will definitely be back. They want to move to Kentucky 😂

It is close to The Ark. The play room downstairs was fun! The bunk bed is fun for kids. The pull out futon is comfortable. Kitchen is neatly labeled.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the house smelled great. The kids loved the game room. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Everything was amazing. The cottage was very welcoming and had everything that you could ask for. The hostess stayed in touch during our stay and was very hospitable to our needs. I would definitely would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.
