The luxurious Villa Shaula is located near the beautiful town of Sibenik on the Dalmatian Riviera. The spacious and light-flooded first floor consists of an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is direct access to the outdoor area with private pool via the balcony doors from the living area. On the first floor you will also find a Finnish sauna with its own shower and three fitness machines. This room also has large balcony doors and offers direct access to the outdoor area. Three bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor, while the other two bedrooms, also with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, are on the second floor. For added comfort, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa's terraces and balconies have cozy seating areas, one of which in particular offers a wonderful sea view. The terrace is ideal for cozy evenings or an afternoon coffee.
