Great location staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. I really recommend it and enjoyed my stay in Tijuana. Jacuzzi is a plus and very beautiful. Patio thank you. I really appreciate it.

The front desk charged me 300 pesos for checking in early, I got no receipt

New hotel but needs some fixing such us the light in the shower/restrooms did not function. Bed is really uncomfortable but somewhat clean.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights and this was our first stay at Hotel West Plaza. This hotel is owned by the same company that has Hotel Wellintown that is very close by. After checking in (during the recent heatwave) we were given a room where the a/c was not cooling well at all. Room was very hot. This room also did not have a table and chairs to sit in but was advertised in the photos has having them. We saw the manager walking around and she did say that we could ask reception for another room with a good a/c and table and chairs. They allowed us to change rooms. Second room had a great a/c and had table and chairs. The hotel and rooms are very very clean. All in all the stay was comfortable. The roof deck has jacuzzies and has restaurant menu to order from. We were not impressed at all with the food. Hotel Wellintown is much better with comfort and restaurant food. All in all however..........our stay was pleasant.

Immaculately clean hotel. I travel regularity for business on the east coast of the USA. I can say that this Tijuana hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve ever enjoyed. The two rooftop hot tubs were perfect for a sunset soak.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was big and we liked that there was a seating area. There’s an air conditioner in the room that works very well and blows out very cold air! We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the rooftop and also lounging on the comfortable couches. The hotel is a block and a half from Avenida Revolución where there is lots of dining options, bars/clubs, and stores. There’s a 24-hour pharmacy half a block away where you can buy water, snacks, etc. I will definitely stay on this hotel again.

The hotel manager Aide is a very arrogant person that's very judgmental of people's appearances and very unprofessional I'd stay at this hotel again if it wasn't for her working there and her poor attitude I won't other than that I can say everyone from the valet guys to the bartenders in the rooftop bar were excellent people with great customer service.

I think we got a haunted room at this Hotel, other than that there were a lot of noise not a good place if you trying to get some rest

It’s a new Hotel, very modern and clean. However, there was couple of hotel points that were missing. There was no sign to hang on the door to let the staff know if we wanted room cleaning or not. The staff we’re communicating with each other with walkie- talkies therefore we can hear everything from the bedroom starting at 8ham as soon as they started the cleaning schedule. I would suggest maybe an ear piece so the guest dont hear the staff talking so loud. The gym had a bar but no weights. Overall, staff were very nice and the place very clean.

New favorite place to stay in TJ. Terrific view of the city from the rooftop. Super convenient walking to local areas rooms surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Valet underground parking was perfect.
