Found bugs in the room the first day and stains on the sheets checked another room out and found the same bugs. Staff is nice and showed us the spots to go on in very grateful. Location is only good if you have car rental but close to Sandy beach.

The staff were wonderful. I had step out and left jewelry in the room in which I called staff: Eric he went to the room and it was there he secure it for me. Very honest and very professional will go again there. We left a day early due to a death in the family. Next time we go I want to enjoy the pool and the amenities around the area.

We arrived several days after hurricane Ernesto struck the island and were unable to reach reception to inquire about the conditions in the hotel and vicinity. I attempted to reach them at different times but was unsuccessful. There was no one in the reception area upon our arrival and a note was left in the reception’s closed door directing us to go to the Kahuna bar to meet with the bouncer for access into our room. In summary, the room’s floor was dirty, the music played loud all night, there was no hot water and the hotel staff was cold and indifferent to our concerns. Upon checking out, the reception staff member “Alex” did not even acknowledge or said goodbye.

The physical property is beautiful, steps from the beach with amazing sunsets, and the rooms are spacious, well lit and decorated. Unfortunately, bathroom shower water isnt hot, even after running the water for 15 minutes.

Love the service, Alex was very nice amd attentive. We rented the whole house and its beautiful and comfortable. When returning to Rincón we'll definitely stay there.

Overall, Casa Verde is a great place to stay. Clean, staff is friendly, neighborhood is great. It has newer owners - it’s been a few years since we’ve stayed and some aspects are not as nice as they used to be but we got a great deal, July being the off-season. For what we paid, it was great. A safe, dependable place to stay in Rincon, which has become pricey.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super helpful and the location was awesome, just a block away from the beach. The bar attached to the hotel could get a bit loud at night, but they stopped playing music at around midnight, so it wasnt an issue for us. Overall, a lovely stay.

Two of the doors broke as i was opening them. And i ask for two beds and gave me a sofa that had a 2 inch thick matress which i layed in and it was very uncomfortable.
