Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Garden City, Utah, our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome embodies the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Your vacation begins with a Private 2 car garage, plus driveway and ample overflow parking. Trailer/boat parking on a first come, first serve basis.
The spacious living area is adorned with plush furnishings, offering the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Bear Lake or hitting the nearby ski slopes. You'll sink right into the couch and never want to get up.
The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials to whip up delicious meals for family and friends. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the breakfast bar or gather around the table in the dining area. Amenities include griddle, toaster, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, BBQ grill, child highchair and all additional basic kitchenware. Basic spices are provided - salt, pepper, garlic powder, montreal steak seasoning, and a spice rack with a variety of other spices.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms provide peaceful sanctuaries for rest and relaxation. Each tastefully appointed room boasts comfortable beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.
For your convenience in planning, here is the arrangement of each of the bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

Located just moments away from Garden City's charming shops, restaurants, and recreational activities, our townhome serves as the ideal home base for exploring all that this picturesque region has to offer. Whether you're boating on Bear Lake, hiking through the nearby trails, or hitting the slopes at Beaver Mountain, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Close to the marina and Mike's Market.
Additional amenities include: beach towels, beach toys, games, clothing line in garage to dry your gear after a great day at the beach, ski and snowboard racks.

Very nice townhouse for our family stay. The extras at the home were fun and nice. The only feedback we had....it would be nice if there was a king size bed in the master....there was plenty of room for one.
The communication from the host was great!! We would love to stay here again!! Thank you.

The condo was in perfect condition, clean, had all the appliances we needed, even sippy cups and high chair for the baby. Our only complaint was there was no shampoo or soap in the showers. And the cooling/heating was hard to regulate. It stayed super cold downstairs and got pretty hot upstairs in the bedrooms. All in all a great place to stay, our family enjoyed it. :)

This was a great place for our family. The central location was close to all our Bear Lake traditions and it was a simple in and out process with good communication from the host.

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean, was well stocked with the necessities & fun extras, and was within walking distance to downtown Garden City. The host was very helpful & accommodating! Would definitely recommend & will stay here again!!
