-After every stay we replace all towels & linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO RESTRICTIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Really great layout for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Large kitchen was great!! Proximity to the beach was perfect with awesome views!! The first floor was too hot and hard to keep cool. Just to keep the downstairs cool enough the upstairs was really cold but still muggy. The garage door was broken electronically and had to be manually operated.

House did exactly what we needed it to. Location is great.
Property management (HOA) wants you to park in the garage or out on the main street. Unless you drive two small cars, this is not possible. We backed our truck beds into the garage and decided that was our best effort. Downstairs dryer doesn't work as the plug does not match the outlet.

The property is very close to White Cap Beach so it allowed us to spend extended hours on the beach. Another plus is that we were allowed to use the garage which allowed for 3 cars/trucks to park. Very clean, however, I recommend that the property have a large coffee pot (12 cups) and an electric skillet to be used for large groups of patrons.

Great size town home with lots of places to sleep if you have a large group. Excellent location...just a short walk to the beach or 2 minute drive. Only minor gripe is that there was no local tv channels just streaming and the bunk bed seemed a little wobbly. Overall it was an excellent place to stay and would recommend to others.
