Great Hotel in Ischia, excellent services and restaurant food well above average. Large and clean room, good facilities for thermal therapy. Really great environments and value for money.

Stayed in early March, weather perfect 5 days out of 7. Hotel is located on the edge of town got completely lost on arrival asked for directions but got a lift by one of the many friendly locals. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a swimming pool that can be used all year around. Room numbers on tables was a nice touch rather than the usual fight for a table in 4/5 star hotels. Had a very reasonably priced massage, missed breakfast one day but got room service at no additional cost. Drinks also reasonably priced.

The hotel was a good value. You were given breakfast daily which was acceptable. It is at the top of a big hill so to get there with your luggage you need to take a taxi. They have a shuttle that picks up and drops off at the bottom of the hill but sporadically. It would be nice if it could drop you off a little farther at the dock because walking on the cobblestones with luggage is quite difficult. The pool is nice and secluded, however, it would have been nice if it was open later than 7 pm. Most of the employees speak some English. The head waiter was very helpful and had a good command of English being able to give you travel tips. I would recommend this hotel.
