This stunning property is all about indoor/outdoor entertainment set in a prime location, a mere 3 minutes walk from the breath-taking Waterfront Marina with a beautiful boardwalk, shops, cafes and restaurants. With spacious and bright interiors this property is a great way to enjoy your holiday away in luxury.

The Space:
The property accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 living spaces and an undercover entertaining area with built-in kitchenette with a stove, mini fridge and sink, as well as an outdoor Ziggy Gas BBQ. There are many spaces to enjoy!

The front of the house has a rumpus room and a full bathroom for easy access downstairs. The back of the house has the main open plan kitchen, living and dining space that connects to a completely enclosed entertaining space with built-in kitchenette, additional dining area with a table, and a living/sitting area. This area leads out to a small side area with grass and another small back area which includes a clothesline. The kitchen includes all modern appliances such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, basic pantry items, cutlery and dishes.

The top floor includes all 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, and a huge ensuite to the main bedroom which includes a bathtub, shower and double sink, which flows on to a full walk-in robe. The master bedroom also has an outdoor balcony with seating to enjoy. Upstairs also has an additional rumpus area which includes a desk with a printer that can be utilised if you need to study or work while away.

Shell Cove is a family friendly suburb within Shellharbour and offers everything within only a short walk or drive. The Links golf course, Shellharbour Village, Stocklands Shopping Centre and Movie Precinct are all nearby. Shellharbour Junction Train Station is just down the road, Wollongong is only 22kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama and 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park. The southern suburbs of Sydney are less than a 1 hour drive away.

Our home is situated in a tranquil neighborhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
