The Space
Having parked your cars on the driveway, enter Cannon Corner through the front door into the entrance hall.

Dining
Onwards from the entrance hall you have the dining table which seats six guests on four chairs and a long bench, comfortably.

Living Room
To the left of the entrance hall is the living room offering a huge, soft corner sofa with scatter cushions.
This is a very light room with wide windows on two sides which have wooden blinds for privacy.
There's a smart TV for all the family to use and a shelving unit full of books and games.

Kitchen
Beside the dining table is a door to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen units house all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that guests will need for their self catering holiday in Aldeburgh.

Ground floor WC
There is a door from the entrance hall into the useful ground floor WC.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs with bannister rise from the entrance hall to the first floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and the shower room.

Super-King Bedroom
A bright, dual aspect bedroom with view of the sea over the Brudenell terrace.

King Bedroom
Another dual aspect bedroom with a king sized bed, wardrobe and side tables.

Shower Room
Situated between the two bedrooms on the first floor, the shower room offers a large walk-in shower, wash basin with vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail and frosted window.

Third Floor
Winding wooden stairs rise to the third floor twin bedroom which is home to two standard size, single beds and a separate WC.
A fantastic room for older children or adults. We recommend that children under 8 using this room are supervised by an adult as the staircase could be described as steep. There is a handrail.

Outside
The newly laid drive offers enough parking space for up to three cars (parked sensibly).
There is a large wooden picnic bench for use on the driveway, which is a real sun-trap in the middle of the day.

Cannon Corner is a holiday home set up for up to six guests. The entire home is private for guest use.

Guests can contact the host at any time by send a message or making a phone call.

Take a 3k walk along the coastal path to neighbouring Thorpeness for lunch at The Dolphin and adventures on the boating lake. Or visit the Thorpeness Country Club for gold, tennis, lunch and more.

Jump in the car and head to Southwold (20 minutes drive) for a tour of the Adnams distillery, get lost in the maize maze, enjoy sandy beach days and do a spot of shopping.

Head inland to visit the Suffolk market towns such as Framlingham with the famous castle (featured in Ed Sheeran's Castle on The Hill song) or to Woodbridge for river walks, lunch at A-Listers and a movie at The Riverside cinema.

The closest train station is in Saxmundham, a 10 minute cab drive away.

Cannon Corner has three floors.
The two single beds are on the top floor which is accessed via a wooden, winding stair case with hand rail. A photograph of this staircase is provided in the listing.
We recommend that children under the age of 8 do not use the bedroom on the top floor without adult supervision, as the stairs are steep.
