Located just over a block (and easy walk with no major crossings) from the pristine white sand and emerald surf or St Pete Beach's Upham Beach Park. Also located right in the heart of St Pete Beach (Gulf Blvd and 68th Ave), with numerous shops , bars, restaurants, and resorts within walking distance.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. Pool, laundry, and outdoor areas are shared. There are nine apartments in total.

Ground-floor apartment (though it does still require a step up)). Open plan kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom with queen bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet. Sleeper sofa in and 50" Roku smart TV in living room.
