Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience.
The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains.

Well it’ looked so beautiful nestled between mountains peaks topped with snow I was emotionally moved when I walked in my suite Balconies with tables and chairs Amazing views of the forest clad grounds and enormous pool which was the real highlight of the hotel It was run by hot mineral waters from under the earth at a bath warm 85 degrees The restaurant offers great buffet breakfast lunch and dinner The only thing missing in this dream place was a Unicorn

The hot spring swimming pool attached to the hotel is amazing -- beautifully built into the landscape, natural small of eucalyptus, open until 2045. Breakfast is excellent and wifi works well. Without aircon, a room on the second floor gets uncomfortably hot in the summer -- it was 25C at the start of the night, cooling down to 21C in the morning, on a day with high temperature of 23-24C.

Asked for an XL dressing gown, it didn't show. Check-out was disappointing, as I was told to wait because the guy was busy with something else. Great Pool area, hotel was disappointing for the price! Not recommended.

Excellent service, the room and the hotel areas were clean and pleasant, all renovated with good taste and style.
The food was not exceptional and the buffet concept a little too pricy compared to its quality and not adequate for someone who prefers to eat small portions.

The ability to come and go to the thermal baths through a connecting walkway was very convenient and made the entire experience so relaxing. The buffet breakfast was also spectacular.

I have been 4 times to the thermal spa Lavey-les-Bains but always before just as a day trip from Montreux. I definitely recommend staying overnight here! You get robes and slippers and unlimited access to the spa, including after dark and early morning before public access. The hotel decor is gorgeous, and the setting is sublime.
