Firstly, the address on Google Maps is wrong. Make sure you go to the address listed here!
The rooms are all 1-2 levels underground. Despite this it manages to feel open and filled with natural light.

Walking distance to the city center, but far enough that it is still quiet! Room was spacious and clean. Kind staff that gave excellent recommendations for the area.

Perfect location. Walkable to old town and promenade (both within 10 mins). Really clean room, only issue i had was the air conditioning -could have been better.

The stuff were very nice and friendly.
Room was clean and had much space! Aircon could be better since split is very hot. pretty new building.
Parking was very hard. There are no parking spots in the same street as the hotel so they showed on the map the nearest parking spots. Those spots are not free and always full. We couldnt find any so we parked far away and took taxi. Do not try to go with car to the hotel since street is very very narrow and there is no place you can stay to check in fast.
Although hotel itself was good and near to city.
