## Space

The property features 6 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning (two of which have fans and share a bathroom). One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor for those who have difficulty with stairs.

The expansive living room, dining area, and open kitchen all lead out to the terrace, which includes a barbecue, a ping pong table, and an outdoor dining area for 14 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of tableware and glassware of various sizes.

High-speed internet is available throughout the property, and there is a desk and printer for those who need to work during their stay.

Every comfort is provided, and we arrange for a mid-stay cleaning session for a few hours.

Hotel-quality linens and pool towels are included, with the option for additional linen changes during the stay for an extra charge.

You can enjoy the pool, and upon request, it can be heated from May until June.

Additionally, there is a tennis court available on the estate, and rackets are provided as well.

## Access

Guests will have full private access to the entire house and gardens, the pool, the tennis court, and the parking area.
