The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a toaster, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Enjoy convivial moments around the dining bar for two people. Upstairs, the duplex bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and you will also have a hairdryer at your disposal. The toilets are separate for added comfort.

Discover Puteaux, a dynamic and pleasant city located right next to Paris. Take advantage of the proximity to the La Défense business district, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The center of Puteaux also offers a charming ambiance with its local shops, cafes, and markets. The Île de Puteaux park is ideal for a relaxing stroll or outdoor activities.

## Transport

The apartment is located 1 minute from the Puteaux train station, which serves the Transilien Line L and the T2 tram, making it easy to get around the Paris region. You will also find bus 157 and the Eolian bus close to the apartment.

The check-in assistant will meet guests at the propertyon the day of their arrival. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on arrival time,these fees must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The rates are as follows (Paris time zone):

* Check-in between 7pm-9pm: 30 euros
* Check-in between 9pm-midnight: 60 euros
* Between 00am-3pm : upon request
* Public holiday: +10 euros
