This is a big fancy hotel in a tiny town. It reeks of corporate management. The rooms are excellent and very comfortable. The hotel caters to the coach tourist trade as well as independent travelers which can make dining a bit of a crush. The location has more than enough character to make up for the hotels lack of it. If you like shiny and impersonal then this one is for you.

were adequate and clean. Dinner was affordable and had adequate menu options. Needed room key to get into the building you were staying in and your room. Adequately secure and close to accomidations for laundry and town for groceries, etc.

We loved the room and being close to the many restaurants in town. Although we understand that the actual dining room was under repair, we hoped that there would be a welcoming and comfortable bar area where we could lounge and enjoy the fireplace. Unfortunately this was not possible as the bar had to be converted to dining area because of the construction.

The room was very basic and outdated. Totally overpriced for the standard of accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms/bathrooms were clean and updated. Only issue was our rooms were on the 2nd floor and there is not an elevator. The hotel staff did take our bags up to our rooms at check in and back down at check out.

This is a beautiful property right in town. Very scenic and a helpful staff, easy check in and volunteered useful information without asking. Close to several restaurants and easy trails.
