Amazing food and desserts, great hospitability. Room was clean, pool was cool and clean. Indoor pool was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite nice. Highlight of the trip was definitely the food. Kudos to the cooking and service crew.
Wine quality could be a bit better, that is the only negative!

Big pool, close to the beach.
Difficulty communicating with staff other than russian or turkish language. Reception send you to guest service and guedt service send you to back to reception. You cant make phone call outside the hotel unless you go to reception.

I went to this hotel with my friend, we enjoy our time there, and we enjoy the beach and the food was good, but the dinner was better than lunch and breakfast

The employees are usually completely incapable to handle the guests. Moreover, there is a real battle and fight at the breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Had to ask everyting 3/4 times before they did it.
Most hotelpersonel verry unfriendly. Food was only chicken en turkey meat and all the time overcooked or burned. Never again to this hotel.
