The resort is one of many in the area. There are several resorts that are affiliated with each other. You can take a golf cart ride to each one. Reserve your meals early or you’ll miss out. The restaurants are spread out between the resorts. You will have to catch a ride. The room was nice, no issues with it. Everything was nice and clean, nothing broken. Room service was good but food selection was limited and not great at all. The food overall wasn’t great.

We had a great time! Upon arrival we were greeted by a fantastic bellboy and concierge service, upgraded to a corner room free of charge. No room complaints other than low pressure plumbing. Room service was excellent. Pool and facilities were great especially the entertainment team. Careful with solicitors by the beach. M.E.A.T was our favourite restaurant, make sure to check it out. There are lots of excursions to choose from if you want to go outside the resort. Would 10/10 recommend :)

The property is absolutely beautiful. Great views, nice landscaping and grounds were kept nice. We enjoyed that it is adults only. The only downside is that I seen 3 food bugs (roaches) in the eating areas. I even killed one that was crawling on the seat in the Italian restaurant. It ruined my appetite and difficult to enjoy the food the remaining of the trip.

Had an amazing stay! All the restaurants exceeded our expectations! There was an activity at all times of the day so you never got bored! Didn’t even need to book any excursions since they had activities on the beach as well! Looking forward to being back already!

The staff was nice and courteous. The pool was beautiful. The hotel was outdated. The in-room bar was the little bottles of liquor you get at the corner store. Luxury Hotel is not a good description of the hotel. They told me I had to pay for a glass of Hennessey, Don Julio, and any other premium liquor they had on the shelf. Since when is Hennessey a premium Liquor? Let me talk about the really interesting part of my stay. Close your eyes and imagine taking your lady to a Luxury Hotel in the Caribbean. You take her to dinner, and while having a glass of wine, you see Jerry from Tom and Jerry run across the restaurant floor. Behind Jerry is a waiter, not Tom. Everyone in the restaurant was perplexed at what we all just witnessed. I'm talking about a New York RAT with a long tail. Yes, you heard correctly. So that night was ruined. Wait a minute, I'm not done. We go to dinner at another restaurant the next night, low and behold, my lady shows me a cockroach walking on the table and the roach asking her to pass it a piece of bread. When the waitress returned to the table, we were getting up to leave. She asked if there was a problem. I pointed at the table and said look at the roach. They looked and the roach was gone. I guess the roach saw them coming and hid under the table. He thought they were gone and decided to come back out for dessert. The ladies saw the roach strolling on the table, apologized, and we left the restaurant. Not good at all.

They were lively, attentive and most importantly very friendly and helpful. My mom loved Nono the best. He was the best part of the experience when we had breakfast. My only comment would be that for the a la carte menu there should be more variety in food.

Beautiful property ! Good food and good drinks! Staff very friendly!!! Would definitely stay again!!! Only down side is not many shaded spots at the beach (people snag them early). We would get out there at 8am and all the spots would be taken, but overall great experience !!

All staff on the resort was on top of their jobs from the waiting staff to the entertainers and the grounds keepers. Everything was kept clean and organized. Everyone was polite. If they didn’t speak English very well they tried their hardest to understand you and get you what you needed.

Higher end property, good food and restaurants, clean modern facilities, attentive staff. Would recommend.

Ac problems

Some of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay amazing such as Victor, No-No in the buffet and hos "cafe-cafe". But I definitely experience being treated less than wonderful by some of the staff because I was a single female traveling alone. Culturally I experienced less than accomodating service and other single females Iet with said they were treated not as wondeful as the couples that were there. Try treating everyone like a VIP not just couples.

Great place for comfort excellent WiFi throughout including all areas of the beach. Food to suit all tastes, beware of the salt amount in guacamole, and greasy bacon with excess salt. But over all there is only so much food you can eat and most of it was very good. I like the resort and would recommend it.

Options to accommodate a relaxing visit or enjoy the night entertainment, staff was very friendly and the beach was very relaxing. If you’re looking for more fun then the activities at the pool are a good time throughout the day. The all-white beach party was one of my favorite events as it exceeded my previously low expectations. However, the dj did a good mix of music and kept everyone dancing.

I loved the entertainment team and the staff in general was always nice. Lots of walking but there are trolleys to take you to every location ! Pool and pool bar was nice and there’s always some sort of activity but sometimes the app or boards with activity are not accurate I would just ask the staff. Beach was beautiful there are some seaweeed plant things you can just toss warm and beautiful

It was all we expected, the beach, the pool, the restaurants and the people all amazing, BUT they should work a bit on their alcohol quality (very poor to be a luxury hotel)

Everything was amazing. Everyone so nice. The place was clean, food was great, activities fun.

The property was excellent and the staff was great. The entertainment was great, can use a little more variety and some that involves more of the culture. A variety show could work. Just a few suggestions. Also, we tried to make reservations at a couple restaurants for 2 days and was not successful to the M.E.A.T and could not. we even requested help from the staff and the website but was unable. It wasn't a matter of being to late because for a couple days they took the restaurant off the list so it became confusing and frustrating. We went to our other choices but that was the most frustrating thing.

From the airport to all departments at the hotel where excellent.the staff cordial professional and caters to guest needs

Loved it! The food, people, pools, beach, etc. it was fantastic! The shower in the room had a little issues with hot water, and the shower head staying on. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place, big time

The best of the best...

The food. The food was exceptional, with lots of options to choose from! Just remember to book a reservation before dining in. Hotel was a few minutes walk to the beach which was great! The beach was always clean with very few seaweed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Partner and I both had fun and were satisfied with the resort. Would love to book again for next time!
